<image:caption>One of the original Grove Ecosystem "early adopter" aquaponics systems as seen in a customer's home. In aquaponic systems like the Ecosystem, fish waste provides nutrients which are broken down by bacteria and filtered by plants, then returned to the aquarium purified.</image:caption>

<image:caption>In 2016 I co-created Harmony Space, an augmented reality experience for the Microsoft Hololens, and ended up taking home first place in the Hacking Arts 2016 Hackathon. Harmony Space is a teaching tool, facilitating understanding of music by allowing users to use their eyes, ears, and sense of space to gain an intuitive understanding of how notes and chords relate to one another.   </image:caption>

      <image:title>Projects - Softride Rocketwing</image:title>
<image:caption>In my free time, I am a cyclist and like to build and tinker with bicycles. This is the bike I ride most- a custom Softride Rocketwing 650c I pieced together over the years from eBay purchases and parts scrapped from other bikes. I find this particular piece bike design compelling as it is comfortable, innovative, and extremely fast. However, it and other similar designs were forced out of the market when it was made illegal to use in standard cycling races by the UCI. 15 years after it's creation, it's an reminder of how excellent design that challenges the status quo can be quashed and forgotten about, and that newer isn't always better.</image:caption>
